Can I make changes to an order?


You can make certain changes to an open order that is Fulfilled by Aeromech Equiments Private Limited. An order is considered to be open if it hasn't entered the shipping phase--that is to say if we haven't started packing the items and preparing them for shipping from our fulfilment centre. Once an order enters the shipping phase, you can't make any changes.

The only changes you can make to an open order are:

  • Cancelling items from an order.
  • Cancelling the entire order.

How do I cancel items from an order?


You can delete items from your open orders from the Your Orders section in your account. Deleting all items in an order will cancel the entire order.

If your order has already entered the shipping phase it cannot be modified.  

To cancel an item or an entire order:

  1. Click the Your Orders in your account
  2. Click Cancel Items. If the items have already been shipped, the order cannot be modified and the Cancel Items option will not appear.
  3. Check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, check all the items.
  4. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, you'll see an Important Messages screen confirming the cancellation. If you cancelled the entire order,we'll also send a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account. You can also confirm the cancellation by visiting Your Account. Only open orders will appear. If you do not see the order, you will know it was successfully cancelled.



You can check the status of any order you've placed on they our account page. For orders that haven't yet entered the shipping phase, you'll be able to check the order total, delivery address, payment method, item availability and estimated delivery date. 

For orders that have been shipped, you see the date and delivery method, and an estimated date of delivery.

You can track all Fulfilled by Aeromech Equiments Private Limited orders by visiting your orders in Your Account. 

Where's my order?


You'll find the most updated information about your order by visiting Your account and clicking your orders

If your package was dispatched recently, it might take some time for the tracking information to be updated in Your Account. If your package doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date listed in Your Account, please wait a few more days. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.

 

My package seems damaged, what do I do?


Please check your package for any signs of external damage at the time of delivery.

If you feel that your package is torn or damaged and suspect that the item/s might be damaged as a result, we strongly recommend that you refuse it and not sign the delivery slip.

 

Why wasn't my package delivered?


A package is sometimes deemed undeliverable due to one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address:

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account.

Other Address Problems:

In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

Most of the courier services that deliver our items make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Damaged During Transit:

If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service will return it to us without attempting delivery.

Refused by Recipient:

If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

 

What happens to undeliverable packages?


Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you can place a new order on our website

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please  Contact us
 

What payment methods can I use?


We accept the following payment options:


  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Net banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not accept:

  • cheques or postal orders
  • demand drafts

We don't accept payments over phone.


Can I combine two or more payment methods to pay for my order?


No, you cannot combine payment methods to pay for a single order. 

 

How do I pay using a credit or debit card?


If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card, you will be asked to enter your card details like the name on the card, card number, expiry date and CVV number as part of the ordering process. 

You'll then be redirected to your bank's website for authentication where you'll have to enter your  3-D Secure Code to authorise the payment. You'll see a Thank You page if your order is successfully placed. 

 

Which cards can I use on Aeromech Equiments Private Limited ?


Debit Cards
You can use Visa and MasterCard debit cards. We also accept payments made using Maestro debit cards issued by Citibank and State Bank of India.

Credit Cards
You can use Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

 

What is a CVV number?


CVV stands for Card Verification Value. A CVV number is the last three digits on the back of your card. It's located in or near the area where you sign your card.

The purpose of a CVV number is to provide you with increased protection while making payments using your card.



When you make payments using credit/ debit card, your card number will be stored on our secure server so that you do not have to enter it every time you make a purchase using the same card. However, we will ask for your CVV number every time you place an order. Your CVV number will not be stored on our server to ensure enhanced security of your transaction.

 

What's a 3-D secure password?


3-D secure password is an additional password that you'll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payments page. You'll be redirected to your bank's website from the payments page, where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa or SecureCodepassword for MasterCard.

If you don't have a 3-D secure password, you can generate one on the 3-D secure authentication page itself. Alternatively, you can also contact your card issuing bank to get this password.

3-D password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping.  This will prevent misuse of a lost/ stolen card as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

 

How do I pay using net banking?


If you're paying for your order using net banking, select net banking on the Payment page. Then select your bank from the drop down menu. 

When you click Continue, you'll be redirected to your bank's page, where you may need to authenticate and authorise the payment. You'll see a Thank you page if your order is successfully placed.

What is Cash on Delivery?


Cash on Delivery (COD) is one of the payment methods for making purchases on Aeromech Equiments Private Limited. When you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method, you don't make any advance payment. You pay for your order only when you receive it.
